"Really enjoyed our stay here - neighbourhood is quiet and lovely. We were within about 30 mins walking distance to the lively neighbourhood in Rathmines. It was a bit more of a trek to the tourist centre and airport but we walked one day and took ubers/bus other times. The guesthouse was clean and had everything we needed. We had a room with a private bathroom and it was perfect."

"We had a lovely stay at the Sandymount Hotel in Dublin! The hotel is charming, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location was also great. It was quiet enough to relax but convenient for getting around Dublin. Our only real complaint was the elevator being out of order. After a long day of sightseeing, discovering that our room was basically at the top of a small mountain was not exactly the Irish adventure we had in mind!Lugging suitcases up the stairs was definitely a workout we hadn’t packed for. Thankfully a gracious porter carried mine. My husband, however, was left to fend for himself. That said, the wonderful staff and overall experience more than made up for the elevator situation. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back, assuming the elevator has decided to cooperate by then!"

"In a cool part of Dublin with many nice restaurants and bars. Laylas, the rooftop restaurant of the hotel is a very nice place with views of the city. There is a movie theater in the basement that shows first run movies. Parking is a bit of a hassle but thats true of most places. This is the second time we stayed here."

"We switched here at the last minute, and I am glad we did. The staff was wonderful. We paid extra for a Gregorian Double and it was a little small for the extra cost, but it was still very comfortable. The wallpaper making it look like a traditional Gregorian room. We didn’t realize it was wallpaper until a day into our stay, it looks really good!"
