"Our host shared clear information about the house, neighborhood and check in process. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out comfortably. It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Truly enjoyed our stay!"

"The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. "

"Our adult children and grandchildren spent the week at this lovely and newly renovated home. The location is great. Close to West Hampton town and beaches. The pool is a wonderful asset. There were many amenities including pool floats, ping pong and other puzzles and games for the kids. In addition there were plenty of condiments. Could have packed way less of everything. A few small glitches but the hosts were very responsive. Great family vacation and the weather was perfect! "
