"The room was spacious, the pool was nice. And breakfast was good. However the service needs improvement. The first room the lamps and TV was not turning on and the TV remote was dirty. When I asked for the room to be changed the receptionist was rude, she sighed and appeared annoyed for my request. She didnt even apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally when I requested an additional towel, she gave me the impression that I was being a burden. For these reasons, I won't visit this hotel again."

"I am a Cancer cancer free now and I came down to Richmond to go to the flying squirrels game and I picked this hotel and it was very nice very awesome staff was awesome everything about it was awesome awesome and great like again I said the staff was so nice and so polite and help me with everything I needed I was with my wife and I just want to say awesome Hotel little pricey but awesome Hotel"
