"Wistful location and a beautiful room. Very large with a nice sitting area, decorated with a spa like touch. Very comfy bed, waffle towels and bathrobe. Local toiletries to make you feel connected to the area. Conveniently located across the street from one of the best restaurants in St John’s the Mallard Cottage. An authentic experience all around with a luxury touch!"

"An Older gentlemen at the front desk was not very friendly. Rooms were small and very dark. Elevator was not working. AC too small for the room."

"The hotel and staff are fabulous. We booked a suite. We were put in the Rhythm tower. We were fine with the room except the sink was slow to drain, and the sofa had some stains. I went to the front desk the following day to ask for a sheet to throw over the sofa. They insisted we should move to another room. Sent up concierge to move rooms. In my opinion, this is what good service looks like in this day and age. Highly recommended the Jag."
