"This hotel has been around since 1988 but it has maintained a high level of excellence. In fact, the age of the hotel gives it more pizazz than many of the newer once. The rooms look out on the lake or over the pool. The restaurant is very pleasant with excellent servers and the food is very good with a good menu selection. The bar is also worthy of note. Breakfast was included and was one of the best I have had in Guatemala."
