"I needed a cheap room to stay overnight. It was perfect for my needs. If I was looking to stay longer I would most likely looked for somewhere more suitable. It was perfect for my overnight stop. Its a shared bathroom, toilet etc. Your just renting a small room with a tv, and a kettle."

"The location of the property is outstanding, it was clean-ish but could do with a good going over, some glasses needed to be cleaned before use. Sliding door into en-suite didn't close properly and not lockable. Second bedroom had an issue with a roof leak (property owner was advised and is fixing). Probably also needs some extra exterior lighting between driveway and front entrance as this could be a challenge for anyone elderly or unfit."

"The booking process was stressful. Having been cleard that we are a family group with 3 dogs (house ad indicated up to 9 pets). Booking was confirmed and full payment taken. I then received an email to say that the PM needed to check with the owners re 3rd dog. This would take 4 days. If I wanted to cancel then the administration fee 110 would apply. Thankfully the owners allowed our 3 pet.Be aware that you need to travel to Queenscliff to pick up and drop off keys.Very annoying automated messages re upcoming stay and the need to hire linen, we didnt choose this option On arrival, the bins were full, the dishcloth was disgusting, the bbq hadnt been cleaned and there was not a king bed as stated in the listing. Sadly, Id bought KS linen.Overall a lovely well equiped property."

"The house is well set up and it was very clean. The verandah area is a great place to chat or relax with a book. The yard is secure and the 3 year old could play on the grass. We loved being able to walk to parks and the main street. "
