"The reception staff were great trying to help, they moved me after not being happy with the first room, but the second night I informed the receptionist and showed her a bed bug the was inside bed, so that must have been they the first night and I must have slept with it, I also informed them about the toilet not flushing properly twice, but no one showed to have a look , balcony was very dusty, but great location"
