"Inefficient.
First floor has water pressure issues. Toilet would overflow and needed to wait over 10 minutes for it flush entirely. Imagine that for a family of four.
Went to check out at 7:50 AM and reception only works from 8:00 AM. No problem. But como 8:10 AM, and no one arrived.
Went to restaurant area to get assistance a d was told I had to wait for receptionist. I asked how long, and waitresses responded that I had to wait for receptionist.
Receptionist arrived at 8:25 AM.

"What an incredible place to visit! It is tucked in the mountains and so beautiful. Ricardo and his family are the best hosts ever. They were so thoughtful and kind. We loved all the pets and the breakfast every morning was wonderful. 100% recommend this place. It was perfect for us."
