"The welcome and the atmosphere were superb, especially at breakfast. all staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful, although corridors were a little tired. Location is great for the ruins. We saw the amphitheatre, and then the hotel was just over the road. Two quibbles: there was no coffee in the room and no toaster in the restaurant. But lovely cakes for breakfast!"

"Very convenient to the ruins (across the street), but parking was impossible to find and we lost our opportunity to see Herculaneum because of this. We also had to change rooms because of a noxious smell coming from the bathroom. Felt a bit pricey given the size of the room and the condition of the property. It is faulty advertising. "
