"The view is amazing. The rooms are clean. But, the catering was terrible. Clear lack of management: arriving around 14h00 we asked if the kitchen was still open. The receptionist said yes, but it was soon to close. The food was clearly microwaved and not tasty. Better to refuse to serve in that case. Expensive and disappointing!
Same happened with the breakfast. While on Saturday, breakfast is served until 10am, same as weekly time… the buffet was empty when we arrived at 09h15. Scrambled eggs...

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

"Very lovely city and a wonderful place to stay. We traveled with a baby and had several requests, and the owner truly went out of his way to help and accommodate us. I couldn’t recommend this place more — you should definitely book it.

"The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything.
The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel.
