"A mixed bag. Close to being great but fell down in key areas. The rooftop area is great but service at the bar surly and slow. Music not chilled enough. Breakfast is a good spread but hotplate does not keep food hot enough. No service at all. Running out of bowls every morning then going to find someone who eventually and not too willingly turned up with three bowls. Reception team were great. Spa was pretty good."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely specious modern apartment, it is a gated community with 24 hour security so you feel safe and secure, located at Punta Prima 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants, owner Steve has thought of everything even has an airfryer. If you have any problems the host Rachel responses very quickly and is extremely helpful, pool area is very clean looks beautiful with lovely palm trees and abundance of plants .Just a mention you have to pay 70 for the cleaning payable on arrival, I didn't spot this when reading the property details, it would be nice to see this charge in a more prominent position on the reservation page .Can't wait to come back"

"Lovely clean and homely apartment which had everything you require. Aircon very good and quiet. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. Close to Lidl and commercial centre with lots of bars and restaurants. Very secure gated complex which felt safe and good communication with Michael the owner? . Would recommend 100%."

"The La Zenia hotel is in a great location and our room was really nice and clean., the view from the balcony is amazing. My only bug bear was the entertainment outside went on till midnight and was very loud but that’s probably just us as we rise early and like to be asleep around 11pm. The other thing is we like tea making facilities in the room but there wasn’t any and missed them. We have to really thank the staff in the hotel as we left everything in the safe in the room and they rang us 3 times till we answered to inform us and kept them safe till we returned."

"Résidence très calme, des marches sont à prévoir pour accéder au logement, sinon il est conforme à la description. Petit bémol niveau électrique pas très pratique pour faire fonctionner le ventilateur de la chambre. Sinon tout est comme dans l'annonce. Masha nous a bien accueilli et à été réactive à nos demandes. Je recommande si vous aimez la tranquillité."
