Medewerkster Fatima is zeer onbehoorlijk in haar communicatie doordat ze de niet begrijpt wat er gezegd wordt omdat zij geen Engels spreekt en dan snel boos wordt om helemaal niets. "Delightful stay at Bordoy Grand House, very much recommended! The hotel is a boutique gem, so full of character, the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was superb. We wanted to stay somewhere special and memorable, and this was just that."

"This was a nice place to stay in the middle of town (short 3-5 minutes to almost anything—so many great restaurants and cafes). The hotel has a lot of character, The room was nice, but definitely on the smaller side. Our room had a great view of the river and the center of town. Breakfast was free and was delicious. Parking is free but about 2 blocks away in a busy public lot on the river (away from town). Both times I parked I somehow snagged the last space there. There is another free lot not too far."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms need a little updating but the rest of the property is very nice. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and bars. The staff at the pool restaurant and front desk were very friendly and helpful. I have to travel with an ice pack for my back and the front desk kept it cold for me in a cooler. Great hotel!"

"Lovely 3 night stay at the Palacio. Very clean. Very well decorated. Breakfast had excellent selections and the gentleman staffed there were friendly and helpful. Location is very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this facility and stay here again without a doubt. Also- so grateful to Michael for his help. Everyone needs a Michael!"

"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."
