"This hotel has everything you need in a hotel with many options for entertainment, restaurants, amenities, multiple pool areas and beach views. I really did not experience a bad time there. The only thing I I would like to see improve is room services. I order room services multiple nights and the delivery time was over a hour to hour and half. Both nights the food was warm and my hungry has subsided by then."

"Top TIER. I arrived July 11th to a different company resort in Playa Del Carmen but it was not at all like the pictures or reviews. I quickly had to find a new resort and Dreams Sands in Cancun came highly recommended. They were so patient with me making the sudden change of hotels and assured me the best experience. "Location is great, didn’t have a problem with communication staff answering the phone when I was lost trying to find the building. I think the only thing that was bothering was the name of this condo/motel. Nothing on the buildings or side of the street that had a name, I had to call a couple of times just trying to find the name.
