"Very Good Except for it being Spring Break and too many drunk teenagers screaming and yelling down the halls at 2am and pulling the Fire Alarms every night "

"The service, food ok beach towel are terrible in service we have to fight for umbrella or chair are bad service i will not be back in this resort every where you go they expect for tips if not not very happy anyway im not recommend for this place @ all and by the way our first night people keep knocking our door for about 15 minutes and we keep calling security but not showing up and next day we when to guess service and report but never heard back bab.bad bad"

"You used the beachfront and it was clean and easier to get chairs then it was at the pool"

"The pools were amazing and the beach. The foods were delicious and a wide variety to choose from. However, the rooms were not as expected. Hair drier wasnt woking. The scent from the towel and bed sheets weren't too pleasant. More can be done to make room smells better. Exposed phone wires. Broken and rusty furniture need to be relaced with new and better ones. Staff was amazing!! Our stay was a good one expect for the quality of room provided."

"The staff at the pool were outstanding"

"The restaurants were fully booked every night, it wasn’t convenient to make reservations since they don’t allow reservations to be made while booking the vacation. We didn't get to try any of them except the steakhouse. The only times available (sometimes) were between 9:30-10:30 and they recommended going to see them periodically throughout the day to see if people had cancelled their reservations. We tried tha and there was barely cancellations but when we walked by the restaurants they weren’t crowded. When we finally got a a reservation to the steakhouse the food was cold and looked exactly like the food from the buffet. Other than that the resort itself was beautiful and had tons of fun at the pool and beach. Most of the staff was friendly. Resort is huge so a lot of walking!"

"Pool was great, beach was great. Water park was great. However , No room towels it was a hassle to get shower towels. One day our water was brown and they messed up our room assignment. Refrigerator didn’t work but they replaced it. Bathroom set up had no privacy. Overall enjoyed our stay just disappointing with certain setup and obstacles. "

"This resort was wonderful! Our third time in Punta Cana, but our first time at this resort and we absolutely loved it. The restaurants were fantastic and had a nice variety of selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians The amenities were very well kept and clean. The entertainment was enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for a home away from home. The pool was lovely with many spots to spend your time. Should you wish music, entertainment or quietness. The beach was beautiful and cleaned every single day (You also did not have to wake up at the crack of dawn to save a beach lounger there were always plenty available). Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond for us during our stay, and we couldn’t thank them enough for being exceptional human beings and fantastic at their job. It truly comes effortless to all of them. We thank you for making our vacation so memorable each one of these staff members should be recognized for their exceptional and excellent service.
