"Staff couldn’t get tv to work. No toilet paper. Heater was difficult for staff to work properly. Not a great location either. Beds were okay"

"Place is perfectly located, walking distance to many restaurants,plaza de armas and stores. Staff is super nice and very helpful. They have a pretty good breakfast included. All around I will definitely stay here again."

"Don't stay here if you want to sleep. There are parties every night near the hotel. You hear everything. Tuesday the party started at 10 pm and lasted until 3am. Wednesday it went from 8pm-5am. The front desk speaks no English. The hotel overall has a moldy smell and the breakfast was not much to talk about. It is in a great location but I would not recommend staying here if you plan on sleeping."

"Had a lovely stay here. Staff was super kind, helpful and we had everything we could need. For 5sol per person, you can get a simple breakfast served on the 5th floor, there you can also socialize and play board games in your free time."

I recommend this hotel for anybody that wants to visit the wonderful area of Puno, by the way, the sunrise is in this hotel are the best in the area."

"Average really. The hotel's main draw is that it's situated within the main square. I asked for laundry service and this was very expensive. 3 t-shirts, a cargo pant, few underwear and a lightweight jacket came to around 12 USD in the end. They even called my room asking for more money because the jacket was cleaned differently apparently. Breakfast was decent. The room looked dated and need of modernization."
