"Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Service throughout the stay was exceptional, and every detail was handled professionally. Highly recommend Orchid Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable experience. Will definitely come back again!"

"Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant day as the bedrooms had mould and cracks on the walls the bathroom the curtains even though we had booked 6 to 7 rooms between all our family members somehow the Customer Service was not great at all and they refused to do anything about it. This swimming pools had pigeons in it which were drinking and leaving poo in. Overall the hotel just wasn’t family friendly or adequate for the pricing that they charge. I don’t think I would ever recommend sending anyone here at dinner day one of the family members had asthma and mould is the worst thing possibly for this. "
