"What made the hotel extra special was the staff. All exemplary, reception staff were a bit timid and probably could do with stronger personalities and better customer service skills bit rest of staff from doormen, luggage guys, security and especailally the dining room staff. Only real issur O had os that we had to keep clairifying our half board status, we had to clarify this at least 4 times even at check out which was quite embarrasing and extrememly annoying"
