Nice staff, clean room and great location to where it was easy to access the grocery store and the subway. I love there was a washer and dryer in the room.

Right in the old center, clean hitel

Not the easiest location to get to by public transportation, but it’s a great hotel.

The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.

Great Hotel! Amazing staff as they responded to all request quickly. They even help me find a nail salon close by. VIP room upgrade was amazing! Very clean hotel, amazing gym considering the area. Very quiet, close by all shopping and dining in Marienplatz.

Right across the street from the main train station which made it very easy for traveling. Hotel was charming and had an old world decor.

Great place, locally to the train.

Clean room, great historic vibe, classy and fun bar

Clean, well maintained, comfortable hotel that has just what you need and easily located near the city with the S.

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are great and it was something great to me that the tv of your room had your name in the welcome message. The only thing that they need to improve is the breakfast, it'd be great if the buffet had more variety

Hotel was in fabulous location just off Marienplatz. It was cute, had little pastries on check in. The breakfast was good and had a nice breakfast room. Perfect base to explore central Munich and super close to U and S bahn stop. Sad I only stayed one night. Would definitely stay longer in the future.

We were unfamiliar with the Westend area, but really liked the neighborhood of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the area, price and Trip Advisor reviews. We had no complaints with this hotel (other than the fact that it does not have air conditioning, which might be a factor in warmer weather). Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!

Very clean and the staff is great, very friendly.

Great hotel, rooms so nice. Roof top bar was great and view was unbelievable. Service outstanding, didn’t hesitate to hold our bags or accommodate early check-in for tired travelers. We are a family with 3 kids and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very walkable area.

Great customer service. Such friendly people. Very clean and close to public transportation
