"Some pros: great brunch; affordable rates; great restaurant; excellent sauna; close to transit. cons: awful wifi - almost to the point we couldn’t use it; hidden fees ($10 euro per day for spa - and terrible tracking and transparency); limited English with staff (chat GPT and my broken Czech helped); some older spa staff rude (young staff were great) and made us feel unwelcome and stupid."

"I loved this place! The self check in was super easy. The lobby and common area was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm, but i had forgotten to close the blinds when i went out in the morning. Gars am Kamp felt like the perfect Austrian village. Very walkable to restaurants and supermarkets. Also an easy walk to all things Falco! It was a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel is not marked "Grandhotel Sluchátko" but "Zámecký hotel" what makes problem to find it. We passed by several times, before the idea came to ask the staff where the Grandhotel Sluchátko is located. The hotel is in reasonable condition, but the tasteless colorful spray-painted graffiti in parts of the interior negative interfere with the ancient atmosphere, and also some of the hanging paintings do not fit the style of the majority. We slept well. No TV in our room. Good parking. Staff...
