You have access to the 25 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room 25 sqm and with dishwasher, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Štinjan. The villa is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late September, 4 m x 8 m, 1.4 m deep).
