"Room was excellent with beautiful ocean view. Large room, comfortable bed, nice deck. Bathroom was also top notch. We did however have ongoing issues with the door that was not dealt with appropriately. "

"Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean enough, but not enough bedding. There were pillowcases on all, but only a bottom sheet on each bed and a thin cover that was a bit rough and scratchy. Hotel is older and shows its age. "

"Our check in process was really disorganized. At times, some of the staff members were rude. I really didn’t want to write the review because overall the staff members were really nice and helpful but one in particular not so much. I give that staff member grace too because, it was obvious that the person was having a rough moment. The check-in line was long and full of frustrated patrons. The property itself was okay. The restaurant food was delicious. The location was great and very walkable. Overall, it was a good value. "

"Overall, our experience was pleasant. However, the additional resort charges of $70+ per night felt deceptive when we discovered them at check-in. It became a noticeable topic of conversation among several guests waiting in line. Had these fees been clearly disclosed upfront, I most likely still would have booked the stay. Presenting them in fine print, however, felt disingenuous and left a negative impression. "
