The rooms are nice. The all-inclusive is really inclusive. Pools close. Depending on where the room is the view is either really good or really bad. This is not a resort. This is just a hotel and food with a pool.

Beautiful place, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant was closed, the pool was great! This hotel is more for a relaxing stay with delicious food. Great for adults and teens, our ambassador Mariel was wonderful and helpful!

Would got back every single year if possible. This place was amazing and the food was magnificent. So so good for an all inclusive. They also used purified water at all restaurants and for all ice so you could drink it safely

This property was relaxing for 2-3 days. The food was great. You don't need to be here anymore than 3 days, unless you are just going to relax. I enjoyed this resort and would go back. The view from my full ocean view room was amazing.

The property is nice. The bedrooms wide and super comfortable. The staff is kind and eager to serve. But: as there is low season, the switch OFF! the air con in every single public area. To dine, sweating, smelling stinky seagrass, because its oceanfront. Lobby and lobby bar? impossible to stay there. If you want to stay comfy -dry and fresh-, whilst not sunbathing during your stay, pick another hotel

Great service, drinks, and accommodations. Food was an 8/10, some dishes could be more seasoned, but everything is always very hot and fresh tasting. And the dishes they get right, they get RIGHT. Extremely safe, peaceful, and relaxing. All inclusive is great price point and definitely worth it.

The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.

This was an excellent stay, the staff was wonderful. They were all very helpful, and they were all cheerful.They all seem to really enjoy working there, and making sure each guest has everything they need to make the trip enjoyable. I am seriously missing my ocean view room. This hotel is an absolute gem and my new favourite spot in Mexico. The hotel, staff and location make this place really special. It’s right on the ocean and beside a jungle which makes for a tranquil experience. The food is outstanding and the service was excellent. It’s not a massive resort so I was always able to find a beach chair without issue. The town is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and I felt very safe with my 7 and 10 year old. Very relaxing holiday and I will definitely be returning to the fives. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
