"Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience"

"As it was very hot and humid, question why lobby and at least some of dining area weren't air conditioned. Areas were always clean, staff was kind and helpful. Also, would have been nice to have early morning coffee available Coffee machine in room didn't seem to work."

"Very cute quaint hotel. Everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful.Right on the plaza close to great artsy shops and restaurants."

"Just got back from Secrets. It’s our third stay. Liked that the pickle ball is still very much played albeit on a marble floor… but it’s fun and you meet lots of people. They have activities for all adults and they repeat a couple of times a week so you can definitely participate. Love love the preferred club… can socialize with friends without going to your room….

"It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities."
