"There was a pack of five dogs that mobbed you when you went out and in. The door was also left open and the dogs came into the pool area and even into the breakfast area when you were eating. The street outside was a dirt road that had much dog poop on it. The windows in the bedroom had large spaces and no screens, so we were attacked by misquotes all night. Also it looked like the dogs were drinking the pool water and even standing in the pool"

"We booked and paid through hotels.com but when we got there they didn’t have our reservation and we had to wait a long time to get it figured out. The room smelled like wet towels. "

"I loved the location, a bit away from the center. We had a rental car and there was an enclosed parking spot for us. The owner and staff were wonderful, kind and very helpful. The pool was great with plenty of shady spots for the adults to sit and watch them play. Breakfast was healthy and tasty. Our room had ample space and the beds were very comfortable."

"Owners were very friendly and helpful. This is a family friendly hostal with no partying, drinking, loud music. Made it easy to sleep. Rooms are basic, no AC, no hot water but private bathroom in our room. Bedroom could use fresh coat of paint but everything was clean. For the price it was a great value. Without a car it is likely further from the beach than easily accessible. We had our own car so it was a short drive. We would definitely recommend this hostal."
