"Fantastic stay for weekend visit to Bariloche while in Argentina for a long business trip. The owner and the staff were all extremely hospitable and welcoming. I travel extensively for work and the service provided by the entire staff made me feel like I was staying with family and friends. Aldebaran’s service is unmatched by anywhere else I have stayed this year. "

"The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles. There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view. In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!"

"We really enjoyed our time here, it's a great base to explore Bariloche and especially Circuito Chico. The breakfast is great and the owners are so nice and friendly. We spoke to the owner about his family history, being descended from Lewis Jones, the founder of the Welsh colony in Argentina. The Welsh tea (Te Gales) was a great taste of home for us two Welshmen staying there. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful posada. "
