"We did not meet any staff in person but everything was already organised. The place was few minutes walk from the bus station and there's no hassle checking in. "

"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"The room is very spacious and in great condition. I found that the beds were not the comfiest place to sleep on nor was the pillows, but it wasn’t unbearable. The hotel was budget friendly and we don’t expect anything fancy. Nonetheless, my sister and I still found the hotel a good place to stay, especially since it was so close to the Principo Pio station! The location of the hotel was in a generally safe areal and its close to the Palace!"

"Situated on the edge of the main drag but easy walking distance from the top locations, 15 mins walk from the palace , 30 mins from Plaza Major. Our room opened onto a terrace which was cute. The shower was amazing, the bed massive and very comfortable"

"Me gustó prácticamente todo. Primero , el personal, la habitación, la limpieza, la ubicación . Lo único que creo haber leído que habia desayuno y no es así. Hay un salón donde encontras refrigerios las 24 hs. Podría tomarse como desayuno. Tenerlo en cuenta en la aplicación de Expedia para el futuro. Todo estuvo perfecto. Súper recomendable."
