The hotel was clean and well kept. Our air conditioning didnt function properly and the deadbolt didnt work. We reported these issues upon checkout and we were told both issues would be addressed. For the price paide, we were desappointed.

I was disappointed waiting for the front desk person, I was supposed to pay a fee of $261.93 because I made a payment through Expedia of $86.46 the total of the hotel was 367.52 and the hotel charged me the full amount and they told me that I had to contact Expedia customer service to be reimbursed for the initial payment. But Expedia doesn't have any phone number to contact them. I would like to be reimbursed for that money 🙁 Thank you

Las instalaciones y limpieza no hay duda que se esmeran de mantener el standar de la marca sin embargo recomiendo que revisen los despachadores de shampoo y jabón ya que los productos huelen rancios muy desagradable, estos son los pequeños grandes detalles

Solamente que te engañan con el tamaño de las camas yo pedí camas matrimoniales y resulta que son más pequeñas , esto me lo dijo recepcionista que sus medidas son más pequeñas, pero hasta que yo le pregunté . Deberían de mencionar eso con anticipación o no poner que son matrimoniales . Pasamos la noche pésima .
