"Lovely friendly staff, and nice hotel in good order. Unfortunately the walls to our room were paper thin, the guest next door put the tv or radio on at 2.00 am, so loud it may have well been on in my room! Luckily a bang on the wall had the desired effect. "

Beautifully appointed hotel, spacious bedroom and bathroom with lots of character. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room, unfortunately the restaurant was temporarily closed but we were able to find one within walking distance."

"This is a great hotel in an antique Palacio. Our bed room was very impressive with 3 feet stone walls and a private balcony on Plaza Mayor. I recommend this hotel for its charm and authenticity."

"Fantastic hotel, but the air conditioning had limited control, meaning we had to go to reception at 3am to get it switched back on as the room was very hot. Restaurant is superb quality, not cheap but worth treating yourself, the tiramasu is an experience. "
