"The room 109 was pathetic - not livable at all. bathroom door had decaying wood, floor was slippery, anybody could slip, for tea, coffee in room 1 disposable spoon was given which is so unhygienic. AC hardly worked. The key hole on the door was broken. We were told old property but that is no excuse. However, through a friend who knew the owner we were shifted on DAY 2 TO 409 which was a decent room. Just because the 109 was under basic category no hotel should take the customers for granted and offer them such pathetic rooms which is not livable. If it was not for our friend we had to look for another hotel. However, the Aparna the hostess at the breakfast restaurant was very warm, friendly and helpful. She was the silver lining in the cloud.
