"The cabaña is brand new, well appointed and clean. It is set in a quiet, peaceful setting on the bank of a small river. The hosts are what set this accommodation apart. They are attentive but not intrusive and they went out of their way to make our stay great. We got a flat tire on our rental car and they helped to change it and got a replacement tire in town. "I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. "It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. "
