The room was a nice size with a couch/sitting area. Most importantly the bed and pillows were comfy. The shower. was big and the coffee/tea and a refrigerator in the room were an added bonus. Staff members were quick to check us in and suggest restaurants in the area. I love the walkability of Provo and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants. A nearby hike in Rock Canyon (about 10 minutes away) was beautiful.

Really nice, comfortable and clean facility. Breakfast has good variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Gym and pool looked nice as well. Due to downtown location, the parking garage was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. I liked to property very much and will definitely return.

My husband and I were traveling with our dog and after several days of camping, we needed a clean, warm bed, and hot shower. The hotel was beautiful, check in and parking at the adjacent covered garage was easy, and they greeted the three of us warmly. Would highly recommend this location and staff at the hotel.

Check in was easy and fast. Great service from the staff the entire time. Room was very nice and comfy. Oh let me tell you about the food! Delicious! From the eatery inside and breakfast. Don't skip out on those. Pool was closed but it looked nice. Everything in the room worked. Some noise from outside, I was on the street side but not too bad. Never heard anyone in the hall or the other rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location with a local concert right down the block at night. There are a lot of restaurant choices and great gelato and Pinguino's right on the corner. The rooms were nice and the pillows and beds were so comfy. Loved our stay!

The hotel is located in a wonderful location in downtown Provo. The Lavell Edward Stadium is a mile away; there are dozens of eating places around. The Provo Temple is at a walking distance as well as the Provo Library. The hotel has a very nice fitness center with free weights and cardio equipment and a nice pool where one can swim laps or play around. It is a great place.
