Featured in House Beautiful magazine, this West End retreat evokes quiet luxury and refined design.
The first-floor sanctuary combines lush gardens, moody green interiors, a king bed with crisp percale linens, a chef’s kitchen, spa-grade Waterworks bath fixtures, Aesop products and a TOTO bidet.
Steps from Relish, Sal’s, and Perry’s, and a 9-minute stroll to The Red Inn, this retreat rests in Provincetown’s most coveted West End neighborhood—surrounded by beaches, gardens, and artful dining.
The space
The deep green lacquered interiors, designed by renowned architects, create a tone of calm sophistication. By day, sunlight filters in through the surrounding gardens, giving the space the feel of a curated Cape Cod greenhouse. By night, warm lighting wraps the rooms in the cozy intimacy of an explorer's cottage. Every finish and feature has been selected with care to create a retreat that feels both storied and serene.
Sleeping
The bedroom features a king bed intentionally modeled after the Ritz-Carlton sleep experience—a new Helix Midnight mattress layered with a plush memory-foam topper, Company Store percale linens, and a Pottery Barn quilt. The result is a cool, cloud-soft, hotel-level sleep that guests consistently rave about.
For additional sleeping, a self-inflating, extra-tall, queen air mattress and bamboo gel-infused topper are provided to create a similarly comfortable setup in the living room. This bedding is stored neatly under the bed and inside the bench by the TV.
Bathroom
The bath is clad in green tile and appointed exclusively with Waterworks fixtures and a TOTO smart bidet seat. The large walk-in shower is stocked with Aesop products and a full set of thick, plush towels. Additional toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Kitchen
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features butcherblock counters (cutting boards provided), a Bertazzoni oven and gas range, dual under-counter refrigerator/freezers, a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, blender, toaster, and full cookware.
The butcherblock island serves as both prep space and dining for four.
Living & workspace
The living room offers multiple comfortable seating areas, warm lighting, and a thoughtful collection of books, puzzles, and games.
A smart TV with Apple TV and Firestick is provided.
The fireplace is decorative only this winter season and non-functional until spring 2026.
For remote work, the kitchen island includes built-in power access and serves as a practical workspace.
Outdoor
The front garden faces Commercial Street and offers a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee among flowers and greenery.
The backyard extends nearly 200 feet, with a garden path, a patio table, and a bike rack. It is serene day and night, softly lit after sunset.
Please note: the grill in the backyard belongs to a neighbor and is not for guest use.
Kindly keep gates closed to protect our resident rabbit family from local wildlife.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the first-floor unit. The yard and gardens are shared with three other friendly neighbors, though they are often quiet and private.
Occasionally, a local painter sets up an easel to paint the garden—an unexpected delight.
The garage is not accessible, but parking is available in the four metered spaces out front and in the pay lot on School Street behind the property.
The entrance has one step up from the front yard to the front door.
