"Ok for a hostel. The bed was creaky. Last minute changes due to water blockade etc. Check in was confusing as they didn't check which booking was cancelled. They were overbooked. It all got sorted out, thanks to hostess Sara who was more empathetic than the guy who just said I can't help at 8:30 pm to a woman in a new city. Sara was a great hostess "

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (5 reviews)
"My 10 year old grandson and I stayed in this hostel for two nights and while I had no idea what to expect, never having stayed in a hostel before, I was very happy with the hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room though a little musty when we first entered (we had the entire dorm having booked a "private room") with thick pillows! (a nice surprise having stayed in a few hotels that had thin hard pillows). The bed was comfortable. The wifi was a little spotty but we weren't in...

Ostello Bella Napoli

4.8 out of 10, (5 reviews)
"First of all, the website lies. The free breakfast sucked, literally just stale toast. You don’t get the welcome package the website details. Or a towel at all. They also didn’t keep track of what room people were staying in so when my group got there they put us in one room, then came in 5 minutes later and told us we had to move. We finally got situated into a room, and another group of girls told us their room had bed bugs. Luckily we didn’t see any in our room... but it was still really...

Top Province of Benevento Hotel Reviews

Hotel Palazzo Argenta

Hotel Palazzo Argenta

8/10 Good
"The Hotel is very nice , especially for the area which is close to the airport. It is not fancy but it is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best we had for our whole two weeks in Italy. We needed a taxi to the airport at 3:45 am and the hotel took care of ordering it for us. And unlike a B&B, there is staff there overnight . This is not really a neighborhood where one would take long walks, it is not in town. But there are a couple of good restaurants close by , so it is a good option if you are flying out of Naples."
