"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable. A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎 The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping. "Nice room, basic yet comfortable enough, I used the kitchenette for my own breakfast and dinner, as there are many local stores with wonderful local produce around. Parking at the site is quite expensive, but there are public parking options nearby that have a 48h free term, staff was friendly and helpful as always, Illinois certainly come back!"
