"Unparalleled location. Beautifully situated right on the beach, with numerous shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The only drawback was that the property's air conditioning was not available until later in the summer and operated only during a limited period each day (1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). As a result, the nights were fairly warm and uncomfortable. Aside from that, this is a stunning hotel in every respect."
"The hotel is super well located facing the beach and the staff is really nice. The property is aged and can be noisy but that is the price you pay to be so well located. One major benefit is the parking situation and the access to Sperlonga historic center by foot in 10 minutes."
