"Great service and nice rooms "

"Even though the hotel is quite new and really clean. However due to usage some areas need’s some maintenance and updates. Spa are is really nice, clean and relaxing. Breakfast has lots of choices. Staff is very helpful across the hotel. Even though we had some issues with the room, staff went extra mile to resolve it."

"Warning: check-in is automated and there is no front desk / reception. This was only made apparent after booking. I was unable to cancel without penalty. The hotel starts sending you slightly unfriendly messages and suspicious links, to add your financial details. It all worked ok in the end, but was unpleasant and a little bit stressful before even arriving. Kaunas is a lovely city, I've been many times. "Lovely hotel in great location"

"Hotel was lovely and right off the main square in the old town. The roof terrace had good views and is nice particularly on a sunny day. The rooms were comfortable and clean enough but a little dusty on the main table area. Bedside cabinets etc had all been dusted down."
