"The add did not represent the reality of the house. There was no furniture. We were not allowed to use master bedroom with ensuite, the bedrooms had mattress cover and pillows with cases. A duvet with no covering. Nothing in kitchen to prepare a meal or eat off of. We had a kitchen table and 4 chairs, a single bed in the living room only. "While hiking the Bruce trail from Niagara, we have stayed at several BnBs. This has been by far our best experience!! The location was close to the trails and easy to access. Every detail was considered and the kitchen was well outfitted for us to cook our meals. The outdoor covered porch was the icing on the cake.The hosts were very accommodating and allowed flexibility to check in early in case we came off the trail early on our first day!For those not hiking, this cabin would make a perfect romantic getaway!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for for a long weekend getaway! There were a lot of amenities we didn't get to take advantage of (like the boats), but that we look forward to next time. The sauna is awesome touch. Joel was very kind and quick to respond to messages, especially after we accidentally left something behind. He was helpful and easy to work with, and we were able to problem-solve retrieving it. Would definitely recommend!"

"Danby House is a very inviting bed and breakfast. It is extremely clean - zero dust, beds made to perfection, you feel like you are in an expensive hotel, bathrooms clean and shiny with soaps and towel, etc. The rooms are exactly as the photos describe/show online. I have stayed more than once and it is my go to when I'm in the area. Julia is very helpful and she is there to greet guests at the door, answer any questions they might have and to offer to prepare breakfast for them in the morning. I have not had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast, and I can share that is smells delicious! Danby House is located on a quiet street and there is ample parking that is easily accessible. It is a 10/10."

"We stayed at the most adorable A-frame cottage and were genuinely blown away from the moment we walked in. The place was spotless, like brand-new spotless Every detail felt thoughtfully cared for, and the cozy modern design made it feel both relaxing and luxurious at the same time.Check-in was incredibly easy, and the hosts were fantastic throughout our stay. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They even gave us great recommendations for nearby hiking, which made the experience even better.One of the highlights was being able to explore the beautiful hiking trails right on their 25-acre property. It felt like having a private little wilderness retreat tucked away in the trees.If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing hosts, beautiful surroundings, and a cottage that somehow manages to feel both chic and cozy at once, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay again! "
