"Clean and comfortable room. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice an staff were good. Very quiet and very good value for money. Could have done with missing mirror that was next to the hairdryer and bathroom is quite small."

"We found the staff on Reception at this hotel to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; our room was a good size and clean, the bathroom likewise, and the breakfast was excellent. We particularly liked that the buffet style breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely and hot, rather than tepid as is often found in hotels. We found the free WiFi to be fast and reliable, and the car park was right next to the hotel so we could see our car from our room. The hotel is on the edge of town, and walking into the centre took only a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Preston, and would recommend it for its location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, quality of breakfast, as well as its spacious rooms and very reasonable price. We very much enjoyed our stay."
