"Overall, we had a good stay. The evening staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and any questions we had a pleasant experience. The morning staff, however, wasn’t as warm or engaging, which was noticeable in comparison.
The complimentary breakfast was okay. While it wasn’t anything exceptional, it’s hard to complain since it’s included with the stay.
The pool and hot tub were both clean and well maintained, which our family really enjoyed. A nice bonus is that the hotel is connected to a water lagoon. Just a heads-up for families: admission to the lagoon is $30 per child, while adults are free.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the excellent evening staff and the clean amenities."
