Stayed there for 2 nights. The pictures don't do justice - the view and location is far more amazing than the pictures suggest! The rooms were clean and neat, the service was friendly. The wellness area with it's quiet lounge is breathtaking. Highly recommend the hike from the Hotel up to the Polsky Hreben!

Magnificent in every way. World-class service and customer care. The cleanest an most well-kept hotel I have ever known. Food was superb. The mountain lake views were beyond my expectations. The room balcony view was breathtaking. I am now a Kempinski fan for life. Wish I could have stayed for weeks.

A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is new, and built to be almost completely carbon - neutral. A stay at the hotel gives you unlimited access to the attached waterpark, including an excellent sauna area with eight different saunas, three cooling areas. (an ice cave, cold pool, and an ice fall) Breakfast and dinner are included, and drinks are very affordable. Very convenient place after spending the day in the mountains. Was recommended to eat at this burger place and it was the best burger I had outside the United States.
