"Our first mistake was booking through Expedia. When you book through a third party, the property is limited on what they can do. But we had a rough experience. The room they gave us smelled strongly of must and cigarette. So I asked to move rooms but they told me they were completely booked out. So I asked for an air purifier and then they told me they had a downgraded room we could have. So we took it. We've stayed at this property before and had a better experience but this one was garbage....

"I stayed at the motel for 6 nights. I put my do not disturb sign up for the first 4 days . I went to the front desk to pay for the 5th night (this was around 11am) and I adjex that my room be cleaned that day. The front desk gal texted housekeeping and told me it would be done that day. Around 2-3 pm my room still had not been cleaned, so I called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day but my room would be cleaned the next day. I told her I was leaving the next day....

"The front desk staff is nice."
