"The apartment was spotless and in a great location for shops/bars/eateries and of course the station, a 1 minute walk, and Spooners, the station bar and restaurant. "Nice hotel, beautiful location. Our room was clean although there were stains on the carpet which could have been taken care of. I would not advise eating there, breakfast wasn't great. Also the dining area floor was very dirty, lots of dog hair. There is a robot vacuum under one of the charis but it looks like it hasn't been used in a long time, has quite a thick layer of dust on it. Staff were okay, not very friendly"

"We had a really enjoyable stay here as a family. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, which set the tone for the whole trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the beds in particular were excellent. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were a nice touch that made it feel a bit more thoughtful than the usual budget offering. WiFi was reliable throughout and the TV worked well, which kept everyone happy in the evening. Breakfast was the one area with room for improvement. The food itself was fine, but the buffet could have done with closer monitoring. A few items ran low and were not topped up quickly, and at one point there were no clean plates available. Nothing that spoiled the stay, just a small thing that would lift the experience if the team kept a closer eye on it. Overall a comfortable, well kept hotel with friendly staff. We would happily stay again."
