"We had a good one night stay. Staff at reception were very helpful. Rooms need an update. In particular: The room locked with a key and we had to ask different staff members to help us open the door. It might have just been the last minute room we booked. You could tell others have had the same problem as the door knob was almost falling off from people pulling on it. The shower leaked and needed replacing. The rest of washroom was very nice."

"Very lovely little place to use as a base for Venice or treviso. The train station is less than a 5 minute walk, and the bus is about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely return and recommend!"

"A beautiful property in a great location to be able to get the train links through to Treviso and Venice. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend"

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel from the front desk stuff, hotels rooms are spacious and super clean, breakfast was delicious but you have to pay 12 EUROS each day, the shuttle service is available for a small charge which we didn’t mind. The convenience of the hotel location was great to get you on to the train. We really enjoyed it and go back for sure!!! Much appreciated"

"The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful."

"Great breakfast"

"Close to airport with convenient shuttle service. Room was small and shabby. Management and Dining staff were very nice. Restaurant was just OK, but what to be expected at an airport hotel. Breakfast looked extensive, but we had to leave before it opened."

"Staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!! The only problem was the upkeep with the rooms. Beautiful lobby front desk bar area and restaurant was amazing. Needs a big update and cleaning for the rooms. Beds were clean and comfortable."

"The room was roomy and clean, although the carpet could use an update. The breakfast buffet was not good"

"The staff was very helpful and went out of there way. Rooms were exceptional very accommodating for 3 with a private ."
