"It was a lovely flat. There was no internet, TV or heating provided. Arrived after long 18 hour journey to dirty apartment from prior guest & waited 2.5 hours for cleaners to show up & clean it. The host company never reached out in any way to resolve these issues after repeated attempts to get a response. Spent over an hour of international calls leaving messages & working with IT team. TERRIBLE customer service! "
