"Terrible experience from start to finish. The check-in process was confusing because there were two lines with no signs explaining their purpose. I waited in one line only to be told I was in the wrong place. Then, after moving to the correct line, the same employee called me over and demanded our passports. Since my wife had them outside while watching our luggage, I was told to leave the line and come back. By the time I returned, the line was three times longer. The front desk employee was...

"Staff was friendly"

"This property is great for a short stay with airport shuttle. But, it is not convenient for multiple days of sightseeing as it is a lot of distance to travel. Trains are confusing and difficult. Subway is easy, but from here it's hard to get anywhere. Love the property, staff and rooms. Pool was beautiful."

"Property needs new bedroom furniture, Also some remodeling in the shower area can improve the quality of the stay"

"A very clean modern hotel perfectly positioned on the beach. Excellent roof top bar with sunset views. Great shower and huge comfortable bed. All staff were polite and helpful. Close to the airport with many great places locally to eat and drink. Bus stops right outside and takes you into the city for less than 3€. A perfect location!"

"Excellent petit déjeuner"

"The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were also clean. The staff was welcoming. The temperature in the room was just right but the breakfast need to improve. Overall I would stay there again."

"Very helpful staff as always, lovely room, great comfortable beds, spacious balcony. My fourth time at this hotel, so that says everything. Perfect location for fantastic restaurants, beach, bus stops. Lovely vibe in the area, and feel very safe."

"Getting there was confusing could not find the shuttle to get there and no one could help us because unfortunately we don’t speak the language. They charged us $48 to check in early two hours. It was very clean, but not really close to anything touristy."

"Cuarto limpio, staff muy agradable y servicial. Desayuno excelente."
