Our sons got sick and she had a doctor at our door almost immediately. It turned out to be really severe and she had them continuously helping. Made all the difference. Had a taxi whenever we needed it, tour right away. Everything was handled and she was so kind and courteous. Checking in immediately and consistently. The general manager was great too helping with the doctors. The doctors were so wonderful and have continued to check in with us weeks after we left. Can’t say enough about the service and care provided. "
