"Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe...

"No big issues but was charged an extra $30 for having kids. Pool was freezing and no lights were on as it was getting dark. Walked by an hour later right before the pool closed and they were finally turned on. Next morning while eating breakfast the person running the front counter walked out the front door with a golf club and was gone for about 5-6 minutes before coming back with said golf club.
