"Quarto na área externa, sem cobertura. Tive que andar na chuva até meu quarto. Funcionários nada simpáticos. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, café frio, pouca variedade no buffet. Quando solicitei a reposição do café frio, a funcionária pediu que eu levasse o que estava na minha xícara para esquentar! Sem nenhuma cordialidade. No fim, a única coisa positiva no hotel foi a localização. Muito insatisfeita com minha estadia!"
