"Booked a room on Expedia based on the photos. We were really looking forward to spending time at this resort. Instead when we arrived we found that the room type we booked didn’t match the photos. The photos were of a superior room. Gabriella at reception was very helpful and apologetic and explained that the photos on Expedia were wrong. There was a blame game between Expedia and the Hotel. The hotel insisted that Expedia uploaded the photos. Expedia assured me it was the hotels fault....

"A very nice hotel with a beach. Our room was in a small one room circular building amongst a similar group, with its own outside seating area. Food was good and amenities good. It seemed good for children and almost all the other guests were families with children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children. As a couple without children this wasn’t ideal, but overall a very nice hotel."

"Close to Rome Airport. In spite of the instructions posted on the website, the pick-up point for the Shuttle bus was not obvious at the airport which resulted in us taking a very expensive taxi ride for a relatively short distance with a drive who really didn't want to do it."

"Amazing place , the garden area is beautiful. Is peaceful and quite. Beautiful SPA recently open , is like paradise ! The pool area is great with beautiful view and amazing sunset 🌅. Personnel very kind and helpful , they even allowed me to do a late checkout at no cost . Breakfast , lunch and dinner are top !! Delicious local food and some international food also . The only negative for me was the bed 🛌, too hard and difficult to sleep. Overall Highly recommend . "

"Great location. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had something for everyone. Pools were nice. Bigger pool needs bigger loungers though. Right on beach . Staff were great. "
