For future stays, we recommend limiting the room furnishings to a single armchair of the “king of the castle” variety. Additionally, the provision of charging facilities for all device types is essential, as we will require adequate means to recharge both our equipment and our cognitive capacity. "My service was woeful they gave me my room excess early only to find beds not cleaned then got offered another room then they lost food items in first room then the air/con wasn’t working only to be controlled by reception and to top it off locked out of room while trying to pack car then the access card wouldn’t work and the excuse was the door battery was flat"
